  • All the ground floor has underfloor heating

Stairs to 1st floor

  • Main bedroom — 5ft four poster bed, balcony with chairs, views of the beach and beyond to the Solent
  • Bedroom 2 — 4ft 6 bed and a raised 3ft bed, for a couple or 3 children
  • Bathroom — bath, wc and basin

Outside

A patio with garden furniture and BBQ with small grassed area lead to a gate and a shingle path with steps to the beach . Shingle at high tide, sand at low

Cowes View is a no smoking house

Separate utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron

A cot and high chair are available upon request
